"Fanberg Paris" is a brand of high-end jewelry in ceramic, stoneware and porcelain, entirely shaped and setted by hand. It is an inspiration combined by ancient style and ethnicity that guided the hand of Françoise Bergaglia to create her necklaces, unique pieces. She has put all her experience in modeling acquired over 20 years in other disciplines of ceramics to offer women the pleasure of wearing a singular, racy jewel that affirms and sublimates their personality. An expression of ceramic know-how and sensitivity to the beauty of raw materials, these necklaces are worn directly on the skin, without moderation!

Each #fanbergparis necklace is hand modeled element by element in my workshop in Paris. After high temperature firing, I experiment with each piece before deciding on its composition and final style...Each necklace is of course a unique piece but also a unique composition where many variations will come into play: material (stoneware or porcelain), shape, engraving of the piece, dimensions of the elements, distribution, alternation, finishing with or without gilding on all or part of the element ... Aesthetics as well as comfort are tested during assembly for several days before being stabilized. A necklace #fanbergparis must be worn naturally without any discomfort or concern for the object ... its setting is formed for each assembly with finishes of stop and blocking studied then closed on itself ... beads and setting become then integral....
It is a complete process from the creation of the bead to the last movement of the forming clamp ...

Cursus

Françoise Bergaglia is a ceramist based in Paris. Specialized in modeling and in love with materials, she dedicates to raw ceramics, earthenware, stoneware and porcelain and sublimates their appearance by engravings, stamps and additions of other noble materials after firing. Her practice began twenty years ago with the  sculptures in round and then in bas-relief before turning to the decorative arts. In 2014, she created her interior decoration brand INTERRACOTTA which she continues to develop today in France and abroad. With FANBERG PARIS, her jewelry brand unveiled in 2019, she adds to her ceramic career a new destination, more intimate and sensual, while remaining faithful to its fundamentals: focus on materials chosen for their natural qualities, simplicity of lines, strength of expression and evocation of the object.
